What is a hardware wallet?
A hardware wallet is a physical device that stores your cryptocurrency private keys offline on a Secure Element chip. Unlike online wallets or custodial accounts, your keys never touch the internet, making them virtually impossible to hack remotely.
Are these genuine products?
All products we sell arrive in factory-sealed, tamper-proof packaging directly from the manufacturer. We are an independent online retailer carrying wallets from Ledger, Trezor, Tangem, Ellipal, Keystone, SafePal, and Coldcard.

We carry hardware wallets from seven leading brands: Ledger, Trezor, Tangem, Ellipal, Keystone, SafePal, and Coldcard. Each brand offers different features — from Bluetooth connectivity to air-gapped security to NFC card wallets.
How do I choose the right wallet?
It depends on your needs. For beginners, the Ledger Nano S Plus ($79) or Trezor Safe 3 ($79) are great entry points. For mobile use, the Ledger Nano X ($149) offers Bluetooth. For maximum security, air-gapped options like Ellipal Titan 2.0 or Keystone 3 Pro keep your keys completely offline. For simplicity, the Tangem NFC card wallet ($69) lets you manage crypto by tapping your phone.
What is a recovery phrase?
A recovery phrase (seed phrase) is a set of 12 or 24 words generated when you first set up your wallet. It is the master backup of all your crypto accounts. If your device is lost or damaged, you can restore everything on a new wallet using this phrase. Never share it with anyone.
What happens if I lose my wallet?
Your crypto is safe on the blockchain. As long as you have your recovery phrase, you can restore all your accounts on a new device. Most hardware wallets are also protected by a PIN — after several wrong attempts, the device wipes itself.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 24 hours. Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping is free on all orders. All packages are discreetly packaged with no external branding.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. Items must be in original, unopened packaging. Contact our support team to initiate a return. Manufacturer warranty is provided by the respective brand under their standard terms.
Can someone steal my crypto if they have my wallet?
No. Hardware wallets are protected by a PIN code. After several incorrect PIN attempts, the device resets and wipes all data. Without your recovery phrase, the crypto is inaccessible to anyone.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe-powered checkout. All card data is encrypted and we never store your card information.
