Returns overview

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price.

• Return request initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
• Product in new, unused condition
• Original packaging with all accessories included
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) required
• Device must not have been initialized with a recovery phrase that you cannot erase; contact support for sealed-device exceptions

How to return

1. Email admin@coldkey.shop with your order number and reason for return
2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
4. Use the prepaid return label we provide (or the one included in your package)
5. Ship the package; keep the tracking number until the refund is issued

Do not ship returns without contacting support first — unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or card statement posting times may add 3–10 additional business days depending on your financial institution. Shipping charges were $0.00 and are not deducted.

Exchanges / replacements

We accept product replacements. To exchange for a different model or color, contact support within 30 days of delivery. Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable.
