Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us.
Packaging
Orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no external product branding. The shipping label displays our company name only.
Shipping coverage — United States only
We ship exclusively within the United States: all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Free standard shipping applies to every US destination we serve.
We do not ship internationally (including Canada, Mexico, EU, UK, or elsewhere). Orders with non-US addresses cannot be completed at checkout.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
